William Brown, a Labour leader, who was threatened with assassination in I November,'was found shot dead in an automobile. - Arnold Johnson, a Union organiser has been arrested and allegedly confessed to the slaying, which coincided with tlie abandonment of the investigation into the assassination of Corcoran, cabled on 17/11/37.
