BORING PLANT SHIPPED. WELLINGTON, May 27. The Minister of Mines (Hon. P C. Webb) has receivtd cabled advice from the Chairman of Directors of the New Zealand Petroleum Company Ltd.. (Sir Colin Fraser) who is at present in New York, that all the drilling plant for the East Const pet'oleum prospecting lias been shipped, and the drillers are sailing from the Persian Gulf for New Zealand, and an early start will be made on drilling. He also stated that a geological team sailed from New York on May 25 to survey the Taranaki province-.
