ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL

TIMARU April 27, An accident at Pleasant Point on March .18, as a result of which two men lost their lives, was recalled at the Magistrate's Court when Bernard James Simriions, aged 23, was charged on two counts that lie negligently drove a motor car and did thereby cause the deaths of Thomas George Keen and James Samuel Bell. After the hearing of considerable evidence, the accused was committed for trial.
