From . iu&.Amaticn received from South Africa and Sydney, and the ' New Zealand Rugby Council’s own attitude as revealed to-day, it 's extremely unlikely that the Rugby conference will be held iii South' U'rica this year, the consensus of opinion being that it would be far better to have'the conference in London during the visit of- the Australian team next vear.
