IRISH GOVERNMENT’S PLAN. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright}. DUBLIN, November 27. The Irish Government’s plan for a new Senate will be one on .tlm Corporative basis. . I There will be sixty-six members. Of these, eleven will be nominated by the President, and six by the Universities. Twenty-one will be elected by the Dail Eireann. Twenty-two Avill be elected by registered Vocational Bodies. The candidates will be elected by preferential voting, by five panels, the panels representing the country’s cultural, agricultural,, labour, industrial, and administrative -interests. The \-oting will be through an electoral college formed by trie members of the Dail Eireann and the County Councillors.
