PARLIAMENT OPENS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, September 21. Speaking from her throne at the opening of parliament, Queen Wilhehnina announced that, due to the international tension' an important proposal would he introduced in parliament immediately, necessitating financial measures. These are not revealed, but it is understood ihey will involve the greatest expenditure on defence since 1914.
• Queen Wilhemina announced important legislation was being introduced immediately to reinforce the East Indies.
