Despite Lord Plymouth’s threat none of the great Powers have yet paid up their shares of non-intervention fund.

The Australian Associated Press diplomatic correspondent understands Britain replying to a request will probably make a final demand. If no money is forthcoming the Ambassadors may be recalled from holidays to consider their committee’s financial position
