A BRITISH MOVE
LONDON, April 30
As an outcome of a meeting by Mr Eden and Van Zeeland at Brussels, it is understood Britain is making a new approach towards a five power, W estern European securin’ pavt, hoping Gcr; many will consider co-operation. It iS proposed to initiate a system of nonaggression pacts between Britain, Belgium, France and Germany, to which recent British and French guarantees to Belgium would be supplementary.
