OLD GIRLS CLUB
The annual meeting of the above was held at the residence of Mrs Henderson, on Wednesday evening. Mrs Macfarlane presided over a-large attendance of old and new members. The minutes of file last annual meeting were read and confirmed. Tho subscription was fixed at 3s 6d with a rebate of Is if paid before June 26.
The following officers were elected: President, Mrs Macfarlane. Vice-pre-sidents, Messrs J. J. Mclntosh, S. J. Preston, A. W. Yarrall, W. Wilson, J. A. Murdoch, T. R. Saywell, R. J. Lawrence, A Agnew and L. Gooch
Secretary and treasurer, F. Hall: Captain, S. Gooch. Vice-captain, I. Law. rence.
The meeting closed with a vote of thanks to Mrs Henderson for the use of her home. The prospects for the coming season look very promising.
