Coincident with the story of Stalin’s dinner jacket, a Russian emigrant newspaper '.‘Seg-cdnya” says that Soviet diplomats abroad have been instructed to give more attention n> their hearing, dress and manners in order to create a good impression tn social circles instead ol living in relative isolation. The paper says apparently they must dock themselves in the garb ol the Bourgeoisse to cultivate iriends in the upper ; classes.
