Mrs Annie Kirk' and her husband separated ip 1922, the husband agreeing to pay her £2 weekly during her life.

When Mi’ Kirk died, in February . t]ie payments were stopped. Mrs Kirk took, action against the executors, and O jvon the case, in the County Court, .but tlie executors' appeal to-day was allowed.
