PROBATE REVOCATION SOUGHT.

CHRISTCHURCH, October 7

v Further evidence for the defence was gi;ob in the Supreme Court to-day during tnc hearing of an application to have the probate of will, allegedly made by the late Elizabeth Smith, recked, and the will declared null and void.

Plaintiffs were Olive Judge and Ivv Cookson, both of Christchurch, and defendant was the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand, Ltd.
