NAPIER WATERFRONT (Per Press Association—Copyright). NAPIER, July 22. The Napier waterfront dispute has been settled, and the men are back at wark to-day. It is announced that arrangements “satisfactory to both parties.” were reached. The strike has been in progress since July 13.
