WITH TWO “DADS.” MIAMI, July 10. An unusual legal battle will be staged at West Palm Beach to detennino who is the father of husky boy triplets born to Mrs Thomas Miller last October. Louis Pierre demands the custody of the babies claiming parenthood, while the woman’s husband asserts that he is the father, although he °'l- - he did not marry their mother until after they were born. Miller declares that Pierre is making a claim in the hope of receiving the State pension. Pierre may also have been influenced by the fact that the Dionne quins already worth £25.000 each and the Kasper quads, of New Jersey; £IO,OOO between them.
