SECOND CAPTURE

JAPANESE SAAIPAN POACHERS. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, July 20. A message from Noumea states that another Japanese vessel was captured while poaching off the New Caledonian coast. A number of others were sighted. They are receiving supplies from a fast steamer of 800 tons. The Japanese vessel seized on July 3, is still at Noumea. The crew are expected to be sentenced shortly. ONE SIGHTED NEAR FIJI. APIA, July 20. A Japanese sampan, believed to be trochus fishing, was sighted by' the Government yacht, Pioneer, in tlio Northern Fijis. No action was taken, as the sampan was outside the threemile limit.
