WEATHER FORECAST
General inference: A deep depression is now 'centred east of the North Island. An antbcyclone covers Australia 'and the north Tasman Sea, but a series of secondary depressions are crossing the south Tasman. The forecast is for winds variable, with north-west to south-west predominating and freshening somewhat. The weather will be changeable, with showers at times. Temperatures cold, seas moderate to rather tough and increasing.
