INTENTIONS RE CAPETOWN (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 11.30 a.m.) Capetown, June 12. The acting-Mnister of Defence stated that South Affict did not intend to allow Capetown to be used as a British naval base.
