SIX DROWNED
SHIP SUNK IN COLLISION (British Official IV ir class.) RUGBY, May 2(5. Six lives hay© been lost by. drowning in the North Sea. as the result of a coliiion off Aldborough, near Flamborough Head, on the Yorkshire coast between th© Hull trawler, Picador, '424 tons, and the London steamer, Sap. Salvador, 580.5 .tons, which occurred in a dense fog this morning. The Picador, which was returning to Hull from the fishing .grounds, sank in, three minutes. The San Salvador., which was -bound for the Tyne from South America with a cargo of oil, picked up 14 of the Picador’s crew, of 20.
The San Salvador was damaged and is taking in water. She is making for port.
