The “Sun Herald” learns that proposals for the closest possible co-ordin-ation in the Anglo-Doihinion defence activity in connection with Imperial communications'will be discussed. The basis of discussion will be the development arising from Britain s white paper programme in addition to the Ministry of Co-ordination of Defence operations. Britain strongly believes that, owing to instability in the international sitaion, the tightening of the Imperial defence liason is imperative, and that Empire trade agreements will work only if the trade routes are invulnerable.'
