Arisjug out of a fatal accident to a cyclist, Joseph Arthur Massey,; on Euti&a Fats on Saturday afternoon, Barney Ruakopa, a resident of Eatana Pa, was charged at the Police ppurt this mprpijig before Mr Salmon §>.M., with-rpcklessjy dr'iying' a car, thereby causig the death of Massey. He .was remanded till Frida} 7 on bail, self in £2OO and two sureties of |£l,oo each.
