The parties interested are Holyuian’s Airways, -Adelaide Steamship Company, Union Steamship Company of New Zealand, all of which own and operate air services. ■
The capital islikely to b'e £500,000 It is believed the hew .company will ultimately absorb other air companies. Consideration is also given', to the taking over of the trans-Tasman development company begun, by the late Sir Kingston!, Smith.
