Henry Alan Moray Smith, company agent, aged 28, appeared to-day before Mr Reid, S.M., for sentence on five charges of theft from the New Zealand Loan gnd Mercantile Agency Company at Rakaia, the sums totalling £153 8s lOd. He also appeared for sentence on the charge of stealing £4l from William Wilson Carruthers.
