A DOUBLE FATALITY

AUCKLAND. May 30.

A father and son were drowned when their motor ear-crashed through tJij* railings of a bridge over the Mangatawliiri stream on the Great South Road, about a mile north of Mercer, late this afternoon; and somersaulted into the water 12 feet beuow, landing upside down. The victims were Peter Keav, aged 64 married, farmer of -Taipulm, Papayon, North Auckland. Norman William Keav. aged Hi. Another son, Frank Peter Keay. aged 24. extricated himself from the submerged vehicle, and was saved.'
