Frank Fox, writing in the “National .Review” says the restriction of Empire imports by the home country is a voluntary development. The serious effects of Empire migration and defence investment, must inevitably follow the policy of denying or limiting our markets to the benefit of foreign nations.
This policy is chiefly based on safeguarding investments in /for eign countries, but it must be remembered that we have many more millions invested in the Empire than in forign eoutries.

Mr J. H. Thomas has again convened for February 11, the Anglo-Domin-ion meeting with the object of concluding the short term quota agreeiment regarding imports between April 1 and June 30.
