•RUGBY, January 23. Kir Samuel Home speaking at Oxford said the Government of India Bill would 'be introduced in Parliament tomorrow. It would deal w ith e ' fil > phase of the future Government of India. Sir Samue] said reasonable Indians wanted large extension of selfgovernment and reasonable people licit were ready to concede it. “Indians do not wish to deprive themselves of the advantage of our experience and help. We, on out part, only wish to retain in our own hands so fa 1 a s is necessary to safeguard in emergency ,the essentials of good government and protect interests that still need protection and carry out, obligations that our long partnership with India has created.”
