Exhibitors may provide their own stands or vases, but these will b e provided by the Committee where necessary. 3. All flowers (other than those used for purposes), vegetables must be grown by exhibitor, 4. The decision of the judges in cases to be final (as regards merit). 5. Flowers in bowl or baskets not to be wired. fi “Local Grown” means to be grown within a radius of 5 miles of Hokitika. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. 8.
