All exhibits must be in the Hall not later than 10.30 a.m. on the day of the show, and all decorative entries, staging etc., must be completed by 12 noon2. Exhibitors may provide their own stands or vases, but these will b e provided by the Committee where necessary. 3. All flowers (other than those used for purposes), vegetables must be grown by exhibitor. 4. The decision of the judges in all cases to be .final (as regards merit). 5.
