LONDON, November 8.The “News-Chronicle’’ States that Prince Humbert Loewenstein, who has arrived from the Saar, whither he returns in a week,, declares that London is full of Nazi spies. Dozens are parading Piccadilly .day and night. Prince Loewenstein,. whose name appears on the latest list of Nazi outcasts, whom Hitler has deprived of citizenship and property, says Hitler’s spy system in the 'Saar is the most complete ever invented. A spy is detached to every block of houses. The only hope of fair' play in the plebiscite lie s with ■England, whose moral prestige is at present overwhelming.
