HAMILTON, August 5

The death occurred at the Waikato Hospital to-day of Frederick David Caughley, aged 51, who received severe head injuries as the result of a fall ol earth at. the Public Works camp at Woodleigh, near Glen Massey on Fri-' day. Caughley Was thrown heavily against a lorry by the fall of earth and sustained a fractured skull, being admitted to the hospital in an unconscious condition.
