The “Times” Berlin says the scarcity and soaring prices of potatoes, winch constitute the main article of diet qf the poorer classes is worrying the authorities, who have, subsequpntly reduced the import duties and relaxed the import quota restrictions. The authorities deny that potato cards, will soon be instituted.
