IyOTICE is hereby given that it is the ' ’ intention of the County Council of Westland at its next ordinary meeting to he held at the County Chambers, Hokitika, at 2 n.m. on TUESDAY, July 3, 1934: " (1) To make and levy pursuant to tiie provisions of Sections 51-58 of the Hating Act 1925, and its amendments, and Sections 120121 of the Counties Act, 1920, and its amendments, a General Rate as follows: FOUR FARTHINGS in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the Northern Riding of the County of Westland. FOUR FARTHINGS in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the Central Riding of the County of Westland. FOUR FARTHINGS in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the Southern Riding of the County of Westland; SUCH GENERAL RATE to be for the period COMMENCE!) on the Ist DAY OF APRIL, 1934. and ENDING on the 31st DAY OF MARCH, 1935. and to become due and payable in one sum on the 17th DAY OF JULY, 1934, at the office of the Westland County Council, Hokitika.
