END OF DROUGHT
DELUGE OF RAIN AT HOME. (United Fre&s Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, March 15. Practically the whole country is under a deluge after the prolonged drought. The normal rainfall for the whole of March has already been exceeded. There are heavy snow falls in the north of England and Scotland, and gales on the coast.
