CROQUET
WEST COAST TOURNAMENT. GREYMOUTH, March 15. Perfect weather again prevailed for the third day of the Croquet tournament conducted by the West Coast Croquet Association, fidr (the N.Z. Gold and Silver Mallets, on ib'e Makura Club’s lawns. There was a good attendance, and the high standard of Croquet shown throughout the tournament was maintained. ' Tlie following were the results Mrs Robertson 26, beat Mrs Mercer 10. Miss Hambleton 26, beat Mi's McKay 24. Mrs Robertson 26, beat Mrs Davies 13 Mrs Whibley 26, beat Mrs Tennent 9. •' : *’ Mr Hart 27, beat Mr Rhodes-Wil-liams 22. Mr RhiodjeshWilliams 26 beat Mrs Mercer 13. Mr Hart 26, beat Miss Hambleton 9. Mrs McKay 26, beat Mrs Tennent 24. Mrs Robertson 26, beat Mrs McCracken 10. In the play-off for Monday’s putting competition, Mrs A. Smith beat Mr Hart. Tuesday’s competition was won by Mr W. E. Reynolds, and yesterday’s by Mr Hart.
