Proceeding to Wallsend alter the pictures, oil Saturday night, a fifteeuseater Republic omnibus, ■ owned ana driven by-Mr H. ‘M'cGlashan, or Grey’mouth suddenly iuto a Dank oi fog, about a mile a.nd a half from town' Leaving the road suddenly, the bus toppled down the bank, coming to rest .about ten -feet from the road, on its side..
There were eleven passengers in the bus at the time, mostly residents of Wallsend and the surrounding districts, . and all, with the exception of Mr Albert Pickering, of Taylorville, -escaped without injury. other than minor bruises and shock. Mr Pickering, wits not seriously injured. _______
