SIAMESE REBELS
TROOPS PREPARE FOR ATTACK

SINGAPORE, October 14
Never before has Bangkok seen such 'an array of armed forces as that assembled to meet the possibility of an attack by the rebels. Railway communication with the northern capital, Chiengmni, has ceased. Armoured cars are guarding the terminus of the railway to the southward. The Government has offered on e thousand sterling for the capture of Prince Bovaradej, the rebel leader. The country, as a whole, is understood to be supporting the Government .
