The final draft of the Reserve Bank Bill was considered by a. Caucus of the Coalition party to-day. Mr Forbes Inter said that the B'U bid practically been completed, although there -were one or two points that the Finance Minister was looking into. The Bill would be .introduced next week. It was not intended to issue any reply to Jhe suggestion advened in the cablegrams from London thj s morning (stating the banks' were apprehensive of a measure of State control i o ver the Central 1 Bank!.
