Vi/' Five American, Bulgarian and French . lawyers atteivling the trial •protested to the president of the court against ‘the exclusioa of Dimitroff, emphasising 'fvfat -Poptoff and Taneff understand little or no German, while the pro- • ceedings strangely were not translated. None of the foreign defendrvhs were represented by a lawyer of their own

His exclusion me n ns that he w L not receive a fair trial. If the BulgaU ns are .found guilty it will be impels'ble 'o convince the world of the objectivity and impartiality -yf Gorman justice.
