MINISTERS ADOPT COSTLY PLAN

BRUSSELS, October 11
A council of Ministers at which King’- Albert presided adopted a £6,500,000 plan for strengthening .the frontier defence. It is believed to include the construction of concrete pillboxes protecting' Namur, and Liege, and the approaches to the Meuse Valley.
