The recent anti-cyclone is now located cast of New Zealand, the pressure at Chatham Islands being 30.4 inches. ■ A wide westerly depression covers the Tasman Sea,, and unsettled conditions are to be expected during the remainder of the week. The forecast is for moderate and freshening northwest to northerly winds. Weather cloudy to overcast and rain developing. Temperatures mild; seas moderate but increasing.
