The Soviet lias published what purports to be a full text of official (Japanese documents, containing an .elaborately constructed plan to arrest Soviet', officials of the Chinese eastern railway.
This was to be a preliminary to.the possible seizure of the railway by Maneliukuo backed by Japan. The Soviet frequently threatened publication unless Russo-Japanese relations improved in connection with the railway.
