FRAUD CHARGES, • • NELSON, August .28. At this morning’s session of-the Magistrate’s Court Charles Sharp, a drapery salesman, was charged with obtaining money -by fraud. Accused pleaded guilty to each charge, and elected to be dealt ’with summarily. Detective Sinclair -explained that accused had been before- the Court last year on similar charges. The Magistrate sentenced accused to imprisonment for two years on the five charges.
