ARREST OF INSUL ATHENS, August 26. Insul, (who has been taking refuge in Greece), has been arrested here at the request of the United States. HARMSWORTH TROPHY RACES DETROIT, August 25. The Harmsworth Trophy races will be held on September 2 and 4/ with a third if necessary on September 5. They take place at 3p m. In other years racers turned up in the dark, starting at dawn.
