MAYOR’S BODY FOUND IN RIVER
(Received May 2-4 at 10.30 a.m.) FREMANTLE, May 23. ;The body of Joseph Francis Allen, aged 63, Mayor of East Fremantle, and a prominent figure in public life in Western Australia for over thirty years, was found in the Swan river.
