Hokitika Football Club.—The annual meeting was held last evening in the Boating Club Shed. The following : officers were elected :—President, Air IT. L. Alicliel; vice-presidents, Alessrs J. J. AlcTntosh, J. J. Breeze, D. J. ‘ Evans, W. Hall, W. Keller, IT. Jones, F. McGregor, W. Bray, G. Stephens, A. E. .Benjamin, and T. Palmer; captain, L. Hills; deputy, T. Carley; sec., Air J. E. -Wade; committee, -Messrs W. Lambert, H. Lynch, B. Dowell, W. Fraser, W. Wilson. Harbour Improvements. The meeting convened bv the mayor, at the instance of the Harbour Board to consider the position of improvements to the harbour, attracted a large attendance.
