MURDER CHARGE
ELECTRIC CHAIR for ACCUSED. (Received this day 'at 10.15 a.m.) .-MIAMI, March . 10; Zangara to-day was sentenced to death by ‘ the * ■ electric ' chair f9r ■ the murder of Qermajc by the . circuit judge, Uly O. Thomson. ■After isentence, Zangara shouted: - “You give me electric’ chair. I’m - no afraid of that ehhir. You’Ve one of the capitalists.. You is crook man, too. Put mo in .electric chair. I no care.” Deputies rushed at Zaugara as he shrieked liis last sentence. Spectators were held in th, e courtroom qiit-il the prisoner was removed to the elevator carrying him to the jail. Th| e execution date is to be fixed . bv the Governor and officials of the State penitentiary.
