Two Mohammedan villagers were shot dead, by a- miltary patrol, searching near Chittagong for terrorist absconders. The scene of the shooting is a. notorious area, and the victims. behaving suspiciously, fai.ed to halt when challenged FRENCH COMMISSIONER SHOT. CALCUTTA, March 10. Monsieur Coin. Quin, who was unarmed, plnckily tackled his opponents who shot him point blank, also wounding an Indian constable and am Indian passer by.
