BREAKING AND ENTERING.

FARMER COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (Per Press Association — Copyright. ; TE AROHA, March 10. William Holderoft, farmer, Wairawau, was committed for trial, to the Supreme Court, by the Magistrate, Mr F. W. Platts, on a charge of breaking and entering the premises of the le Arolm-Tlia.nf.3s Valley Co-op Dairy Coy., at Te Aroha. Accused was discovered, by the company’s manager, in the factory on the night of February 16. Evidence was given that Ire was changing a sample of his own cream, taken from his supplies to the factory, for another sample of rich cream found in his' possession.
