The following report relates to the four week, s from January 1 to January 28: Total gold won, 181 oz lOdwts ; total’ time worked, 371 hours; total non-working time, ,69 hours (dredging was resumed after the holidays on Friday, January 6, 1933); total yardage treated, 23,500 (an average of 63 cubic lyards. nil hour); average value ol ground (on the basis of gold worth £4 an ounce), 7£d a cubic yard.
