NON-PARTY DEBATE INTEREST

'RUGBY, October 31

Great interest is being taken in the* forheoming non-party debate on unemployment in the Commons. The motion on which the debate will take place it not yet determined, but it will lie of a non-committal character, and there is no desire by the Opposition to regard it as a vote qf censure. The sole object is that membtrs of all parties should pool their ideas for methods of helping to deal with unemployment.
