Twenty detectives raided headquarters, examined documents and arrested the leader, Hanningthp, °“ charges arising put of 'Sunday, night’s demonstration, He intended leading marchers <W Westminster to-night. HanDington appeared at-'Bow Stpect where he charged, with attempting to cause disaffection among the police. The prosecution alleged that Hamiington described special constables as blacklegs, ready, to take policemen’s jobs. Ho referred to cuts in the pay of sailing, ghldiers. and police and. urged workers, ill or out of uniform to stand together. Accused was reufauded, bail being refused •
